A custom-illustrated thank-you card series — designed to turn a Shaklee order into something the customer remembers, not just unboxes. These tactile brand touchpoints. Small pieces that do disproportionate work — the kind of detail customers don't expect but always notice.

The Challenge: The product was growing. The brand wasn't.

Diamond Creek Water is a regional alkaline spring water brand sold along the U.S. East Coast. In 2015, they were stocked in 232 retail stores and growing — but their packaging and digital presence hadn't kept pace, creating inconsistency at shelf and friction for internal updates online.
